Upgrading Your Plan

As your property portfolio grows, you may need to upgrade your Staykey plan. Here's how:

When to Upgrade

Consider upgrading from Superhost to ProHost if:

• You need multi-user organizational management for your team
• You want stay reports and insights to optimize your properties
• You need priority support for faster issue resolution
• You want custom integrations with your property management systems

Upgrade Process

1. Open the menu and select Billing
2. Click the Manage Subscription button
3. On the subscription management page, click Update subscription
4. Review available plans and select the one that fits your needs
5. Confirm your upgrade

Billing Changes

• Immediate Upgrade: You'll be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle
• Next Cycle: Your new plan rate will apply starting with your next full billing cycle
• No Downtime: Upgrades happen instantly with no service interruption

Downgrading

If you need to downgrade from ProHost to Superhost:

• You can downgrade at any time
• Immediate change: Your plan downgrades right away
• Prorated credit: You'll receive a prorated credit for the unused portion of your current billing cycle
• Credit applied: The credit is automatically applied to your next month's bill
• Your per-property rate will change from $25 to $15
