The service requires compatible hardware (sold separately) and a Home Assistant installation. Staykey is not responsible for hardware compatibility, setup, or performance issues related to third-party devices.

3. User Accounts

To use Staykey, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Billing

Staykey offers subscription plans billed monthly or annually:

• Free Trial: We offer a 30-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends.
• Payment: By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

5. Affiliate Disclosure

• Hardware purchased through affiliate links will work as expected
• Smart home automations will function 100% of the time

You use the service at your own risk. Staykey is not liable for property damage, lost revenue, or guest issues arising from service malfunctions or hardware failures.

11. Limitation of Liability
