Staykey sends automated SMS text messages to cleaning contractors who have been added to the platform by property management organizations. These messages are transactional notifications related to cleaning job assignments and are not marketing or promotional messages.
Message frequency varies based on cleaning assignments. Contractors typically receive 2–4 messages per cleaning job. Message and data rates may apply.
Cleaning contractors consent to receive SMS notifications when a property manager adds their phone number to the Staykey platform. The onboarding form includes a clear disclosure that providing a phone number authorizes Staykey to send automated SMS messages about cleaning assignments. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Contractors may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, no further messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, reply START. For help, reply HELP or contact us at [email protected].
We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers collected for SMS messaging with third parties for their marketing purposes.
