Managing Your Account

Your Staykey account settings allow you to customize your experience and manage your profile.

Accessing Account Settings

1. Click on your profile avatar in the top right corner
2. Click Manage Account

This opens the Account Settings page where you can manage your profile.

Profile Settings

On the Profile tab, you can manage:

• Name: Update your display name that appears across Staykey
• Email Address: Your email is displayed but cannot be changed directly. To update your email address, please contact support.

Password & Security

To reset your password:

1. Go to your Account Settings
2. In the Password & Security section, click Send Reset Link
3. Check your email for the password reset link
4. Follow the link to set a new password

Organization Management

To manage your organization, open the menu and select Organization. From here you can:

• Edit organization name: Click Edit Name to update your organization's name
• View your role: See whether you're an Owner or Member
• View your plan: See your current subscription plan (Host or ProHost)
• View team members: See all active members of your organization

Team Members (ProHost)

The ProHost plan includes team collaboration features:

• Invite team members to your organization
• Manage member roles and permissions
• Collaborate on property management

Host users will see an option to upgrade to ProHost to unlock these features. For the full invite flow, role comparison, and per-property access scoping, see adding a co-host or team member.
