Staykey uses a simple, transparent pricing model. Here's how billing works:

Both plans use simple per-property pricing:
For example, if you have 5 properties on Host, you'd pay $75/month total.
Each property includes one device connected through a cloud account, such as a Wi-Fi lock you sign in to with its maker's app. Each extra device at the same property is $6/month. It's added to your subscription and prorated from the day you add it, and removing the device stops the charge. Only your organization's owner can add an extra device, and extra devices are available once your plan has started (not during the free trial, or while a payment is past due).
Extra devices are billed monthly, even on an annual plan, so an annual plan with extra devices also has a small monthly invoice.
Devices connected through Home Assistant have no per-device fee.
