Understanding Your Billing

Staykey uses a simple, transparent pricing model. Here's how billing works:

Pricing Plans

Staykey offers two main plans:

• Superhost Plan: $15/month per property
• ProHost Plan: $25/month per property

Billing Cycle

• Billing occurs monthly on the same date you signed up
• You'll receive an email invoice before each billing cycle
• Payment is processed automatically via credit card
• You can view your billing history by opening the menu and selecting Billing

How Multiple Properties Work

Both plans use simple per-property pricing:

• Superhost: $15/month per property
• ProHost: $25/month per property
• If you add properties mid-cycle, charges are prorated
• You can see your current property count in your dashboard

For example, if you have 5 properties on Superhost, you'd pay $75/month total.

Free Trial

New accounts include a 30-day free trial:

• Choose your plan and enter payment details during signup
• Full access to all features during your trial
• You won't be charged until the trial ends
• You'll be notified before the trial ends

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards. To update your payment method, open the menu, select Billing, then click Manage Subscription.
