Give devices the names guests and cleaners see, reconnect a Home Assistant device whose entity changed, and choose which devices new stays use.
Every device Staykey manages lives on its property, under the integration it came from. Open the property and choose Home Assistant or Cloud accounts in the Integrations group to see its devices.
The name is what guests and cleaners see, so "Front door" beats lock.yrd256_zw2_front.
Names belong to Staykey. Renaming the device in Home Assistant won't change the name in Staykey, so you can tidy up your Home Assistant setup without guests seeing the difference.
If an entity is deleted or its ID changes in Home Assistant (after re-pairing a lock, for example), Staykey can't find the device anymore. Its row shows not found, and the card tells you how many devices no longer exist in Home Assistant.
You can point the device at its new entity without losing anything. Its settings and access history come with it.
If you know the new entity ID, you can also enter it under New Entity ID in the device's Device Settings and click Remap.
A lock connected through a cloud account can't be remapped. If it's no longer in its cloud account, remove it from the property and add it again once it's back. See connecting a cloud account.
To remove a device that's still working, click the remove icon (Stop managing this device) on its row.
Which devices a new stay gets access to is decided by the property's Default stay devices: new stays at the property get access to the devices listed there.
There are two ways to set it:
Passes have their own list. Default pass devices, in the same Access group, decides which doors a new access pass starts with at the property, so a vendor's pass never includes the owner's closet unless you add it. See creating access passes.
