What is the crew dashboard?

The crew dashboard is a simple, token-based view designed for individual cleaners. It requires no login, no app download, and no account creation — just a shared link from the cleaning company.

How it works

1. The cleaning company generates a crew link from their portal
2. They share the link with their crew members (via text, email, or however they communicate)
3. Crew members open the link on any device — phone, tablet, or laptop
4. They see their assigned cleanings for the day

What crew members can see

• Today's assigned cleanings — Property name, address, and scheduled time
• Access codes — Door codes and device controls during the cleaning window
• Property details — Check-in/out times, special instructions, and notes
• Cleaning status — Current status of the job

What crew members can do

• Start a cleaning — Mark the job as "In Progress" when they arrive
• Complete a cleaning — Mark the job as "Completed" when they finish
• View access codes — Codes are only visible during the assigned cleaning window
• Control devices — Lock/unlock doors, adjust thermostats, and control lights during the cleaning period

Security

• Crew links are token-based — they don't require login credentials
• Access codes are only shown during the cleaning window
• Device controls are only available during the cleaning period
• The cleaning company can regenerate the crew link at any time to revoke access

• No apps — Works in any browser
• No accounts — No registration or login required
• One link — A single URL gives crew members everything they need
