Every cleaner on a team gets their own free Staykey account. Cleaning company managers invite crew members from the portal; each member signs in on their own phone and sees the work that's theirs. What each person can see and do is based on their role.
An account belongs to one cleaning company, and there's nothing to install — the portal works in any browser.
Crew members mark their own jobs as started and completed, which is what keeps hosts updated without anyone sending a text.
Managers and owners get the full picture on top of that: the whole day across every crew, scheduling, clients and billing, company earnings, team management, and company settings.
Companies can organize members into crews (for example, a route or a regular pairing). The day board groups jobs by crew so everyone knows who's covering what.
