Forward Airbnb emails to Staykey and add the calendar feed so each booking creates a stay and a guest link, with a door code once your lock is connected.
Connecting Airbnb is the step that makes everything else automatic. Once bookings flow in, Staykey creates the stay and the guest link your Airbnb message template sends out, and programs a door code for any smart lock you've connected.
You only need to do this once.
Set up email import first, then add the calendar feed. Email brings the guest's name, confirmation code and financials; the feed imports bookings too.
[email protected] that forwards to that addressFrom here on, each new reservation is imported within a minute. The first time Staykey sees one of your listings, it asks under Needs review which property it belongs to, then remembers.
The full provider walkthrough is in setting up booking import.
Sync now pulls in your existing future bookings; after that the feed is re-checked hourly.
If nothing appears, check import issues.
From the Airbnb email: check-in and check-out dates, guest full name, confirmation code, revenue and fees, guest count, and cancellations (date changes too, until a calendar feed is connected).
From the Airbnb calendar feed: dates, booking status, the confirmation code, and the last four digits of the guest's phone number. Airbnb does not share the guest's full phone number or email through either path.
When both are connected, Staykey merges them into one stay.
If the same physical property has multiple Airbnb listings, forward emails for all of them (one rule covers everything) and add each listing's calendar feed to the same property. Staykey matches them to the same property, so one booking doesn't turn into two stays.
