Each guest link is unique to a single stay and stays active through a two-week buffer on either side — so the guest can open it well before they arrive and for a couple of weeks after checkout without losing access to check-in and checkout details, the local guide, or the weather.
Access codes and smart-device controls are gated more tightly: they only appear during the stay window itself. That way a link that surfaces early (or gets forwarded later) never exposes live codes. After the link's active window ends, the URL is retired and the code is cleaned up automatically.
